The pho was disappointing with bland broth and basil that appeared to be rotting. The decor looked tired and worn out. The service was average, nothing noteworthy.

We ordered takeout pad thai. It tasted bland like boiled noodles with no flavor. The portion was decent for the price, but the taste was disappointing.
