Sakana Sushi - Midtown UNLV

The food was quite good and the service was nice. However, I had the unique experience of dining alongside a special animal that resembled a coach.

One tip is to be aware that the "crab" and "lobster" nigiri are actually imitation crab, so I recommend asking before ordering. The kitchen is very efficient and the food comes out quickly, so it is okay to order little by little as they suggest in the beginning. The waitstaff use iPads to take orders, ensuring accuracy. Thank you to Ron for taking such good care of us! There was no wait for lunch at 2pm.
