How many times have I come to Chili's. Ordered the Southwest Chili soup, and then a waiter come back to me and say they are all out. Every time. How do you run out all the time? Bring in more. It's only 6:00pm. That being said, the 3 for Me is a greatdeal! So much food for a small price. This specific Chili's, Super fast service, really nice waiters/waitresses, food was hot.Lemonade kept on coming before I finished mine. Overall, great experience
I ordered food to go online, the manager brings it to my car and very rudely says they discontinued the chicken crispers and waffles. And kept repeating they have no waffles. And I said, okay..so did we atleast get the chicken crispers? And he yelledat me saying no! I just told you it 's discontinued . He walked away back inside and when my husband came back to the car fromthe bathroom I left him with our dog and went inside to talk to the manager. When I got inside I asked for a receipt showing themeal was taken off and I didn 't need to pay for it, and he said that I 've already paid for it and he can 't give me anything toprove it was taken out. So I stood there telling him I need something in writing that will prove I won 't be charged for the mealand he kept saying he couldn 't give me anything. I told him if I 'm not refunded for that meal, I want something that proves Ididn 't get it, so I can come back in to show I wasn 't refunded and didn 't get the meal. He kept arguing with me and eventuallygave me a piece of receipt paper that says, Megan did not get the chicken and waffles meal to go with his signature. There wasthe bartender that was a witness as well as another employee sitting at the bar. I feel very disrespected being yelled at bythe manager for something that wasn 't my fault. The chicken and waffles was still on the website available to order, so why wasI yelled at? and why couldn 't they replace the meal with just the chicken crispers and fries? Either way, the manager must havehad a bad night or something to take it out on me. It has been 9 days and I still haven?t received the refund for the missingmeal.
I?ve dreaded writing this review, but here we go. Went here on a Friday night. Wait time was long, but we waited. After we sat down, they put us in the back near the to go orders no one was around us. A waitress came to help us after she said she saw ussitting there for a while without service. She said it wasn?t her table but helped us anyway. After we ordered I?m pretty surewe got forgotten about again. Waited a really long time for food to come out I?m all about chilis, this wasn?t that great.Potato soup pasta was the best. Although I did ask for no bacon on my soup. Chicken tacos were not good my friend didn?teven finish them. Chili was over cooked overloaded with tortilla strips. Maybe it was just a bad experience at this location.On a positive note, Vicky the hostess was phenomenal!! Give that lady a raise!
Last time we were here was late last year and the food and service was just so-so. So we tried it again, starting at the reception, receptionist is very energetic. The menu looks new, although food selections I think is pretty much the same. Theserver was very lively and nice too. Although our food took longer than expected, the food tasted better than it used too.Restaurant seems clean and huge parking lot being shared by other business establishments nearby.
