Cold Stone Creamery - Midvale

Came to get some ice cream at 9:20 pm on Friday Nov. 11,2022. I tried to go on but they turned the sign off and locked the doors as I was walking up. Website says they are open until 10 pm.. i know they saw me too.

Cold Stone creamery is always good. Plenty of choices. This Union fort location had Friendly staff and clean lobby. Restrooms are clean also. It's also handicap accessible if needed. I'm parking is close to the door.

The ice cream was great! The place is falling apart and the staff is obviously being milked by the owner with no support. I can't believe how long it took to get served

Took the family in for a birthday treat. We all got the large and we all shared. Staff was great and very patient with my kids. Ice cream was amazing and perfect for a summer treat. My favorite was the mint chocolate chocolate I would highly recommend it you getting a treat. I could only eat half. The kids got the Oreo one.

*Edit Is been 7 months now with no resolution. I have reached out 5 or 6 times. I've emailed, called, and talked to Spencer directly, being told each time let me get back to you, and I will make sure you get the refund you deserve. I am rather disappointed because i thought there would actually be some kind of resolution… I left a review on uber eats, but since there is no way to see those reviews, I will leave it here as well.
