Jamba Juice - Midvale

I had never received such bad attention with my wife, from the greeting of the cashier, after giving me the change of 4 dollars in coins of up to 10 cents, to the girl who prepared the juices throwing the straws at us. while we were there the boys playedwith each other, neglecting to pay attention to the public

I ordered a delivery through the app and it never came. I was given a delivery time and they took my money I just never showed up. I didn?t receive any sort of notification my order wasn?t coming so after I contacted customer service I was given a refundbut no explanation or apology, just a refund and that was that. I was surprised that nothing else was done about it

I couldn't decide on what kind of smoothie I wanted, so I asked this sweet Gem if They would choose for me , They were very considerate of what kind of tastes I was a fan of, it was a cool conversation to have. They gave a smoothie I absolutely fellinlove with and I will be back to this very store because of how sweet the environment was

Ordered a chunky strawberry bowl from Jamba Juice and they didn?t even bother to blend it, it was completely frozen, but they sure did a good job covering the top of the bowl with fruits and granola so I couldn?t tell that it wasn?t even blended until Icould sit down and eat it at home. I tried calling in around 7:40pm today to see if there?s anyway they could remake it beforethey closed and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Mind you, their hours on Google and online says their open until 8pm.Complete waste of money.

Beautiful, clean shop with friendly staff. We'll pass there every 2-3 months. So far our new favorite is their Electric Berry Lemonade... it's amazing!! However, their Vanilla Blue Sky tried 3 times so much unfortunately we just can't seem to like this taste at all. At any rate, very convenient location with many parking spaces. Thanks for the great service every time!
