Brielles Bistro - Midwest City

My husband and I had dinner last night, and it was a fantastic experience! Our server, Sha, was incredibly attentive and full of humor, making the conversation delightful. She's truly amazing! The dinner itself was out of this world—everything was so delicious! We started with gator bites, chips and queso; I enjoyed shrimp and grits along with fried green tomatoes, while my husband had the fried catfish served with green beans and mac and cheese. We even took dessert home: red velvet cake and beignets. You all need to go and treat yourselves! Be sure to ask for Sha—she's the best! I promise you won't be disappointed with the food; there's so much to savor and enjoy. I can't wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience!

The food is incredibly delicious—full of flavor and perfectly crispy. The catfish was so crispy that it melted in my mouth. I would definitely rate it a 10 out of 10, as there are plenty of different options to choose from. The service was a bit slow, but not overly so. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to eat!

We started with chicken and waffles as an appetizer, and it was fresh and delicious—I couldn't stop eating it! I chose the chicken and pasta, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Whitney opted for the blackened chicken with mushroom sauce, and as she put it, "It’s amazing." For sides, she had fried okra and fried cabbage, which were so good that we ended up ordering some to go. I also enjoyed a delicious cup of sausage and chicken gumbo. If you haven't been there yet, you're missing out on the best Cajun food in Oklahoma!

Really nice atmosphere and good food. I also had live music. The sampler plate was large, but delicious. My favorite thing was the jalapeno Mac and cheese, hmm tasty l!

Good place and quiet enough to have a conversation without having to yell. Met up with some friends and had a blast. The food was great! They had the Smoked Salmon and Blackened Chicken. I went with the Grilled Pork chops. It all tasted great. This area has been missing a place like this!
