Mcdonald's - Midwest City

Than this opened less than a year ago, it was good, the staff was friendly and service was decent. It's slow now. as await a 30-minute or more wait in a drive thru fast food line. my eating has almost always something wrong and the pommes are never fresh. so disappointed at this place. I miss the brand of mcdonald I grew up with. it sucks now.

After an hour, going through the drive-thru twice, they messed our order up and didnt give us all of our food after giving our original order to another vehicle. On top of all of that, the manager wanted to say that we received our food and wouldn't even talk to us at the window.

Look at the photos! I ordered and paid for a burger WITH NO PICKLES. But they gave them to me anyway! Suppose I was allergic to pickles? NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

So to start off the line was horrible. But that is not uncommon here at this location. The employees were definitely very friendly in the window. But when i had asked for an extra barbecue sauce I was definitely willing to pay for it) One of their managers or owner started rudely yelling at the two in the window about how everything was in our bag. I drove off because im not going to fight over a barbecue sauce and it definitely was not the two employees in the window who were definitely nice.I get home which is at least a good 5 minute drive you would expect everything to be hotNOPEAll of the fries i ordered were old and cold. My frappe had no ice shards in it. My burger was luke warm at most.Definitely finished giving this location anymore chances.

The only reason I give for stars to this location is not because the burgers were fresh or hot, but because of the haste getting people in the drive thru back on the road. The young man working the window was very accommodating to my girlfriend after a mix-up with her order. He was helpful, polite, and understanding. Normally my experience is not half this good. P
