The staff member who served me was very friendly and brought me my food with a smile! I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant.

The service at this restaurant was extremely rude and disrespectful. The server had a lot of attitude and tried to throw my ice cream in my lap. I specifically ordered the ice cream with cheesecake, but instead, I was given two shakes and one small cup of ice cream. When I asked why they were not all ice cream, the server snatched the box from me. I was charged $25.70 for these small portions without any cheesecake. I was not given a receipt, which seems suspicious. I usually go to Braums next door and have never experienced such treatment. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the poor service.
