The hotel needs to stop including additional charges when issuing receipts. It's frustrating that the waitress mentioned the menu was outdated, yet this information should have been communicated beforehand. I'm really disappointed.

As for the restaurant, it was a nightmare. We tried the breakfast, and there were flies on the sausages. The options were limited to just sweet potatoes, dry sausage, and pumpkin. When we first arrived, the rooms seemed somewhat clean, but I soon realized they don’t even clean the bathrooms properly. The sink still has stains from my facial mask, which is really disappointing. If you’re looking for a better experience in Migori, I highly recommend Hotel Vannah. They offer five-star accommodations with extremely clean rooms, as well as DStv and Wi-Fi. The staff is also well-trained and attentive.

The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the fish dish.

The rooms are pleasant, but there is some music audible from within them.
