Flor De Viento - Miguel Hidalgo

This great place was close to my hotel the atmosphere was great (bright, inviting, modern). My kale omelet was excellent, cappuccino humongous. Beautiful setting, great food highly recommend.

The place is cute and has a healthy theme, but the food was very disappointing. The coffee was very watered down and had no taste. We ordered the Molletes and the Huevos revueltos. Both dishes lacked ingredientes that were listed on the menu. The multigrain bread was very disappointing... no flavour and the texture seemed to be more like normal loaf bread from a store. Not what you would expect from a place that is branding itself as healthy.. natural etc. Not returning.

Cute little spot. Great salads and lots of GF options. The menu makes it easy to see what is vegetarian, etc. The gluten free brownie made from sweet potato was incredible. Will return.

Small place in Polanco serving healthy food. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. The problem is the taste of the dishes. Food is just regular. I ordered lentils soup wich was just ok and then chicken teriyaki salad. I don't know where they buy the chicken but they have always a bad one.
