He recently (a few years ago) opened Mexsi Bocu creating a new concept of French-Mexican fusion that I found VERY good. Almost anything you order will satisfy even the most demanding palates that look for new and amazing flavours. It really is a restaurant worth trying. Wine and spirits selection is quite good as is the service. A definitely MUST since you can't taste anything like it anywhere else.
The restaurant has a vintage interior design with a huge window looking towards the kitchen. Service is very friendly and fast. Starters, entrées and desserts are prepared when ordered and are delicious. This place has a very original drink menu. Specialties are changes on a monthly basis.
This restaurante is a must in Polanco, Mexico. I have been there two times in one week because the menu is lovely. We began our meal with Mini toasts of reed . Very good. Then we continue with a dish that if you see it you fall in love: artichoke gratin. My favourite. I like the artichoke because you can eat it step by step, and the taste of it makes you enjoy the moment. As principal, I asked for Octopus achicharronado , it came in a base of spinachs and potatoes acompanying. Personally, I think that the taste of the spinachs is a little strong for the octopus, but maybe I 'm being very strict. It was very nice that I still have some space for the dessert. It was just lovely: Thousand leaves cake with Cajeta . They also have a very nice selection of Teas and Infusions.
