La comida es bastante buena aunque puedes mejorar algunas cosas
We stopped in hoping for authentic Spanish food, nothing fancy. It was tired. House white wine was marginal. Menu of the day, sad. At any restaurant, the bread gives a clue to the meal. Here the bread was white and devoid of flavor or texture. The gazpacho Andaluz was thin and flavorless. The main came with a very basic lettuce, tomatoes, onions; frozen fries and a fish, deep fried. The fish was flaky, once I dug into it, but flavorless. My partner had the same but with chicken and his was better. The best part was the flan dessert. Not the best flan I've had but certainly the best part of this meal. I feel sorry for this restaurant, the lady was very nice, but the restaurant is just sad.
We’ve always walk past and wondered but never wandered in. Tonight we did, restaurant was quiet but we did go earlier than most people would. Food was absolutely delicious. Not flashy just honest delicious food. Would recommend and we will definitely visit again this holiday. Both had a tasty pil pil I then had a fabulously cooked swordfish and my partner a delicious pork loin.
This is a really quaint restaurant that gives a proper taste of Spain. It is (slightly) off the beaten track, which means it is not full of tourists. The restaurant does a Menu del Dia, with three options ranging from 9Euro to 19Euro. They also have a good a la carte menu. Don’t be put off by the dark(ish) interior the restaurant has a lovely (and shaded) terrace with views of the mountains. The service and food was superb!
