Spilled my drink she gave me napkins instantly with my receipt no hesitation.

We didn't get the correct change back. The triple burger only had 2 burgers on it. All the buns were burnt. Probably won't go back to that one again.

Everytime lately the drive thru either has messed up our order or completely left items out of the bag, 4 times ive gone thru and they forgot my onion rings i let it go 3 times thinking surely they wont do it again but no, its getting sad they cant fill a simple

I have been a long time fan of DQ. The problem is not all are the same unfortunately. I can honestly speak for this particular one. It is great! The staff stays busy so if you walk in sometimes it may take some time for them to get to you but other than that the service is great. Nice staff, good people. Great food and treats!
