Guy behind the register was very strange and hard to communicate with. Food came out wrong and unlabeled. We will avoid this restaurant in the future.
I was just in Today 3/17/23 12:10.I made a simple order of 2 burgers w/ mayo and extra Veggies Large Strawberry Shake. I checked both my burgers neither one has any Veggies.The young man that took my order has said keep those I just put you another in. I guess the Manager, She took my tray. Instead of arguing I left.I work, I do customer service at least I read my order and talk to the customers and seek customer Satisfaction. Too many mistakes that cost me time, Which I'm limited for lunch breaks.I did not get a refund either.I'm owed $21,973/18/23I've been contacted by DQ Corporate, Not the owner. Sad DQ is not able to resolve on there website.I'm still owed $21.97Time and MoneySorry doesn't cut it here.
The restaurant is usually pretty clean. The family that ran the restaurant for years recently left and its now under new management. One of the pricier options for fast food but also one of the only options for ice cream in town unfortunately.Food: 3/5
I have a custom order every time I come here, and every time it is perfect and on point! Today was especially special because the Owner was in the kitchen and he prepared my custom order! BOOM! Hands down best one I have ever had! Customer service was brilliant as always. Everything Dairy Queen Team Member was smiling, and overall I added another phenomenal experience to my many phenomenal experiences at this Miles City, Montana Dairy Queen!
