Buffalo Wild Wings - Milford

No sauce in my pocket and I asked for a lot of sauce. I also paid for it. Now I can't eat my wings, I don't even live in milford. the kassier maritza smiled at me when I was gone, because she knew she left my sauces. I waited the longest for my food when I also ordered men. Yeah, that's good.

Amazing atmosphere and Ralph who was our host was very attentive. We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday and he made sure we had an amazing time. Will definitely return with my family. Thank You

The worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. I placed my order it said at 7:17 your food will be delivered, then that changed to 7:32 then at 8 a hour after I had ordered I got a text saying my order had been canceled or modified I called and they told me my order had been stolen they already have made my food again and a driver is picking up my food. Another hour goes by again and I don’t hear anything or have my food and I called them again and they tell me the food had been sitting there and no one has picked it up and i asked well do I need to cancel or what and the lady didn’t care at all she just said no body has came by then after a few seconds of silence said I think a driver is coming now so I hang up 30-40 minutes later I call again because this is absolutely ridiculous I called about 12 times because they kept answer and said I’m gonna place you on hold then every single time I would get sent to a voicemail for a restaurant because that makes since then the 12th try calling someone answers then says the same thing can I place you on a brief hold I told the person no I’ve been trying to call the brief hold is you transfer if me to some voicemail box. I ordered my food damn near 3 hours ago what’s going on the lady on the phone didn’t care either and just said we are just canceling your order and hung up on me. Customer service was rude and terrible I understand not having any drivers but to not say anything having my phone number on file you can’t call to tell me my order isn’t being picked up it’s probably best we cancel I mean come on. Terrible location with careless employees that basically just expect you to get over it and move on not having food or your money back. I will be going to management about his.

Everything went smoothly. The reservation was on time, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

It's alright, but I can make better wings myself. The sauces are good, but honestly, consider using fresher, higher-quality ingredients. Every time I eat here, I end up feeling unwell, and it seems like the sauces are the only redeeming factor for the chicken. On the positive side, these wings are better than Wingstop, at least better than those in Bridgeport, CT.
