Guacamole's Mexican Cuisine Milford

As soon as we arrived, I notified the staff about my reservation. They seated us and handed us menus, but after that, they never returned. We waited for almost 50 minutes, and I finally had enough, so I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager wasn't available that day. I expressed my frustration about being seated without anyone checking in to take our order or even ask if we wanted drinks. This experience was so disappointing that I've decided not to return. I've been bringing my friends here for quite some time, but after this lack of service and disrespect, neither I nor my friends will be coming back.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The table we were seated at was dirty, and one of the guests received undercooked chicken— it was raw in the middle. Another guest found a hair in her meal, and when someone asked for their dish to be made without peppers, they still added them. We also had to wait a long time for water. To top it off, they automatically included a 20% tip for our party of five, which is unacceptable. I will never return!

Our drinks took quite a while to arrive, and one person's meal was delayed by an additional 3-4 minutes. We also had empty glasses for an extended period before anyone checked on us. When the bill came, I noticed an automatic 18% gratuity had already been added for our table of four. I inquired about this, and the server seemed unsure, mentioning that it sometimes varies and depends on the bill amount, but they couldn't provide specifics. I paid it anyway, but I was left feeling unsatisfied with the overall experience. The food was decent, but we're uncertain if we would want to return.

Terrible my place was dirty, a guest food was not cooked (her chicken was raw in the middle), one found a hair in her food, then another guest asked to hold the paprika and they added pepper. We had to wait for water, and for a table of 5 they automatically added a 20% tip unheard. I'll never go back!
