Johnny Rockets - Milford

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there with my kids, and the service was awful. The staff seemed inexperienced and it affected our visit.

I have never been so disappointed. This experience was definitely not worth the $22 I spent. The burger was dry and burnt, the onion rings were lackluster, and the drink was tiny. I won't be coming back.

This burger was delicious! I will definitely order it again the next time we visit the shopping center. (Smokehouse double burger)

I don't know how much they pay here, but the gentlemen on the grill should be the brand for work. I hope they pay him well and realize what they have. He was fast, efficient and everything was perfect. I pointed him to my boys and told them, so you work! The staff that serves the orders has checked the orders twice before the food is served. I know some restaurants that this staff needs.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The food is pretty good a little bit cold. The burgers are burnt and dry. The lady at the cash register, Herminia, made a mistake with my order and fought with me to fix it. I used to love Johnny Rockets but after this experience I don?t know if I can ever come back. The lady at the cash register again also took my milkshake and put on the opposite side of the restaurants when she knew I was standing on the side. I am very disappointed in my experience at Johnny Rockets Connecticut post mall today.
