Mcdonald's - Milford

I had Oreo McFlurries, and they were delicious. The staff member was friendly and efficient.

The service was very disappointing. The staff seemed untrained and handled orders according to their own whims and moods. They really need some customer service training.

What a complete waste of money. The food was stale, and overall, it was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

Ordered a 10 piece mcnuggets meal and was given and charged for a 20 piece. After showing the workers that we didn't order a 20 piece, we were told that WE were incorrect and that we actually did order a 20 piece. After telling them that they were wrong they promptly started helping another costumer. In the end, they took back the 20 piece and gave us a 10 piece, where they screwed up the refund and charged us extra.
