I am always pleased when I visit Rainbow Gardens! The food is fantastic and the ambiance is lovely. For dinner tonight, we started with the Crabby Patty (Maryland-style snow crab cakes with red pepper tartar) and Dumplingiscious (chicken-filled potstickers with sweet-sour coleslaw and hoisin chili glaze) as our appetizers—both were simply outstanding! For my main course, I had the Raspberry Chicken Explosion, which featured grilled chicken breast on a bed of mesclun greens, apples, grapes, seasonal berries, oranges, dried cranberries, raspberry vinaigrette, and blue cheese with toasted almonds. It was just as beautiful as it was delicious!

I've been dining at Rainbow Gardens for several years now, and they offer a wide variety of options on their menu. My favorite dish is the chicken explosion salad, although I like to switch it up by opting for romaine lettuce and chicken salad instead of the grilled chicken. The chicken salad is delicious! They also make their own dressings, and the raspberry vinaigrette is particularly fantastic. The restaurant features lovely outdoor seating on the front porch and in the yard. If you haven't visited yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!
