We came here for Valentine 's Day '17. Had to take a 530 reservation, so it was quiet at first. Once it filled, the service went downhill. Never saw our waiter unless we had someone flag him down. My wife 's dessert was overdone and dry and I had to get up and beg for our check. Entrees were good, but portions were small. I won 't be going back!
We are regulars since the restaurant opened and this weeks experience was exceptional! Marcella was awesome, as was the perfectly prepared cuisine. Keep it up!
I don't want someone to be fired, but someone has to train these kids. The overall experience was disappointing, it's small with high ceilings that it's hard to talk, but throw into the piano player in a pint size dining room and it's getting tight. Could deal with the noise when the food was warm when it arrived.
I've been with Jeffreys for many years and I have to say that I was very disappointed this last time we left for many reasons. On Easter Sunday at 6:30. The place was empty. All the time, we were there, only 4 other girls were in the restaurant. Nevertheless, the service was slow. The waiter had a stance when we asked for a wine list and did not respond to questions. The Specials menu was full of typographical and other errors and they were made of several things. The evening was stopped when they refused to take my gift card, which clearly said it was valid every day, but Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. They refused to take it because it was Easter, although it was a total of six people in the restaurant. I checked the gift card specifically before we made the reservation. They were also very rude and argumentative. As for food, the filled date remover was very good. Participants were acceptable, but not from the previous quality of this restaurant.
