They open around 11:30 AM, not at 12 as stated on their door. Thankfully, I was hungry that day! The prices are great, and there's a nice variety of options. The waitress was attentive, which was appreciated. This was my first experience with a hot pot served on a conveyor belt, and it was fun to watch. Just be sure to grab your selections quickly, or you might have to wait a few minutes for them to return. The only downside was that I couldn't make my own sauce; they provided some options that I didn't particularly like. My favorite part of hot pot is being able to create different sauces for varying flavors with the same meat and vegetables. If they had offered a wider selection of sauces, I would have given them a full 5 stars.

This is my favorite spot on the entire island. My husband and I love the ambiance and the company we find here. I am particularly fond of their deep-fried tofu served with a paper roll. We make the trip from Wai’anae every week just for this. I’m really sad that you’re closing! I need to make one last visit tomorrow.

It's an all-you-can-eat experience! My mother and I really enjoy dining here. The food is absolutely delicious. James and his team provide fantastic service. I highly recommend Shabu.com, and don't miss out on trying the New Zealand Premium Ribbon!
