It was evident that the meatballs were the pre-made ones from Costco, and yes, they were also frozen. We ended up spending about $89 before tipping, and frankly, it felt like a waste. Nevertheless, we left a tip because we believe in being courteous. We hope the restaurant improves, but we’re hesitant to return, as we don’t want to risk wasting another $100.
Excellent value for the all-you-can-eat option, featuring an impressive variety on the menu! The staff was extremely attentive—I didn't have to ask for water even once! Plus, they're offering a special for June: all appetizers are free with the all-you-can-eat deal.
This was my first experience enjoying all-you-can-eat Shabu-shabu at Shabu.come, and it did not disappoint! There are 46 different food options, and the flavor of the Shabu is excellent. Additionally, they offer customers complimentary snow Hawaii iced tea, snow beer, snow wine, and snow cream. Ami served me a cup of vanilla snow cream, and it was incredibly smooth and delicious!
Came here for lunch. They have shabu shabu for 25/person all you can eat. 33 if you come here for dinner. Only 3 choices for broth, shoyu, ox soup and mushroom. I got the spicy option but it tastes quite plain to me. The meat selection is decent and seems fresh. The seafood combo is pretty much all straight from the freezer. The mussels are frozen in ice, hard enough to knock out a grown man. The side dishes get placed on the conveyor belt. Not a whole lot of selections either while 80% of the belt is empty. I understand it's noon and not that many customers so you don't want to put too much food on the belt. but it'll be nice if you can order something straight from the kitchen. I was not given that option. Also I saw flies in the dining room and several of them landed on the belt food. If you have food out in the open you probably should have the front door closed. For whatever reason it was open. The meat gets delivered to you via a tray on the belt. Complimentary mochi snack and acai boba ice cream at beginning and end. One lady working the entire dining room as host, server and busser. She's great. Overall an ok experience. Probably would be better during dinner time when more food options are available. They also have yakiniku style, would probably return to try that as well.
Won't be back for yakiniku Decided to try this place for All you can eat dinner at $38 per person. Expensive, slow service, and food don't taste good.
