Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mill Creek

We arrived after 7 PM and there was no wait. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations from the menu. The portion sizes are massive, so be ready for some serious food coma after your meal!

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude. They seem to forget that not every customer is from Mexico. I've experienced it multiple times where, when I ask about the differences between the sauces, they just laugh and speak in their language. This makes me feel insulted. I enjoy Qdoba's food, which is why I'm giving it one star, but honestly, this location might not even deserve that.

The staff at the counter was friendly and offered great suggestions. They pointed out all the salsas displayed on the glass, allowing my child to see how spicy each one was. They even gave us a sample of one salsa to try for our next visit. The hardworking team that night (I believe it was Thursday) truly deserves a raise. Everything was well-stocked, and there was someone consistently cooking or retrieving items from the back to keep supplies filled. I honestly don't know how they manage it all; I would be overwhelmed after just 30 minutes!

Ordered for pick up and was VERY disappointed. I ordered chips and queso, and two burrito bowls. My queso cup wasn?t filled all the way so that was a bummer. My burrito bowl was also missing my veggies, and queso sauce. I had requested sour cream and it looked like they gave me a squirt of an empty bottle and all I got was a few drops, my husband had no sour cream on his even though he requested it. I barely had any chicken and the bowl was mostly filled with rice. Not sure if I?ll be back, I probably should?ve listened to other reviews but wanted to give it a try. If you do come here don?t order take out. Super disappointing to get home and see your food order is incorrect/incomplete.

Had just gotten off work and saw that this specific Qdoba not only was still open, but was very close to me! It was my first time here, and I was one of those annoying people that came in within an hour of closing ???? and man, it was busy! But they flew through the line, and the two men on the line around 9:15pm on 10/26/22 were so sweet and answered all of my questions, and made my food perfectly! Your kindness and generosity is very much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back, thank you guys so much, you?re the best! ????
