Almost every time, my order was incorrect and when I did receive the right order, the quality was lacking. The customer service is also lacking in quality, with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Today, I ordered a chicken carving sandwich that had extra sauces when I requested none, and was lacking in seasoning. I cannot recommend this place unless you are desperate and have no other options.
The bald Indian on the switch is very rude. I took my order on the phone and told me to come after 1 hour. When I picked her up, he said they didn't have any phone instructions and they just have to pay for it. then they will make it. obviously means they don't trust the customer. my question is, why did he take the order on the phone and tell me to come first after 1 hour?
I always come to the breakfast with the groupon and coffee here. instead of booking online, call them instead. the first time I came to the breakfast was earlier in the year and it was okay. I had another attempt recently and I didn't stop. since then! management or cooking change I assume? overall, the breakfast is always great with generous portions and portion sizes. the eggs are delicious and fluffy. sad to see this place always beside empty can not help but think because it is in a hidden spot in front of the main road. the cook is friendly and talented at his work. we were here for dinner without the groupon and the chicken parmigiana and huh with cream and mushroom was for to die. try this!
I went to breakfast with my partner and son. The service was average, but the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The coffee I ordered had grounds in it. The restrooms were not up to standards, with old urine stains. My son and I ordered the same meal and left feeling disappointed, while my partner enjoyed their meal. I am concerned about the lack of hygiene and now I need to take extra precautions after paying for our meal.
I was in the area the other day and decided to have lunch at this restaurant as it was the first one I came across. The staff were friendly, but not very attentive. I had to ask for certain items multiple times before they were brought to our table. My paella was decent in taste, although the portion size was on the smaller side for the price. Unfortunately, I found a piece of plastic in my mouth while eating, which I believe may have come from a plastic container used during reheating. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she was unsure how it happened but assured me that everything is made fresh. I left the plastic on the side of the dish for the chef to see. My friend's barramundi dish was okay, although the chips were a bit dry. I would consider dining here again if I'm in the area, but I found the menu to be slightly confusing with a mix of Turkish, Mexican, and other cuisines, making it difficult to pinpoint the type of cuisine the restaurant specializes in.
