Ribs Burgers South Morang - Mill Park

Went in there 2 weeks ago for the first time to try, the girl at the front for Meet and Greet was lovely no doubt about that, I looked through the menu and went to order Wagyu beef burger, asked the girl on the POS to confirm is there any cheese in the burger as I can 't have cheese, and she literally said you can see in the menu if it says cheese then it should be in there . I didn 't say anything to that so ended up just ordering and since it was a takeaway came home turns out there was cheese in the burger. long story short thank you for the experience, I do not want any kind of refund or apology but rather just never be back. I just had lunch at Ribs and Burgers in South Morang, and the service was exceptional. The staff were genuinely kind and clearly care about their customers. A manager, I believe, even opened the door for me as I came in with a pram and offered to clean my son's pacifier after it fell on the floor. We live about 45 minutes away, but we would gladly make the trip to this restaurant again. The food was amazing as well!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and it always offers a fantastic selection with consistently excellent food—definitely a 10/10 in my book. My personal favorite is the lamb shoulder wrap. While it may be a bit pricier than some other options, I do think the drinks could be more affordable.

Great place for burgers and ribs, both are delicious and not dry. Burgers and ribs come in a combo with fries that are freshly fried. However, drinks are not included in the combo and orders are taken at the counter or self service by QR code.

Food was amazing, really loved the popcorn chicken. We had the burger and rib combo which was just the right amount. Service is order by QR or at the counter. Staff were friendly but we didn't have much interaction
