Paseo: A California Bistro

We had a fantastic outdoor experience at Paseo. We were seated between two heaters, and the staff provided a cozy blanket for our dog to rest on. We enjoyed delicious cocktails, along with Duckhorn Chardonnay, and savored a delightful Lobster Bisque served with Brioche and homemade butter, accompanied by Fiddler's Greens Fall Mélange. The chef, Sylvain Montassier, personally came out to serve the hot Lobster Bisque. Be sure to ask him about the secret recipe!

What a delightful surprise! Dining at Paleo with dear friends turned out to be an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, only matched by the exquisite food. The shishito peppers appetizer was fantastic. Both the wagyu sirloin and the wagyu burger were so incredibly delicious that it was tough to choose a favorite. The black cod was also a standout dish—fresh and perfectly seasoned with miso, it was both delicate and packed with flavor. We loved the food so much that we indulged in a chocolate torte accompanied by delectable vanilla ice cream. To top it off, we savored a heavenly crème brûlée that brought us pure bliss. Paleo is a fantastic spot for enjoying great food and wonderful moments with friends. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend you try it! With only six entrees on the menu, it’s clear that the chef is exceptionally talented. Kudos to the entire team for a wonderful evening. Thank you!

This restaurant has been around for 75 years! New owner and new chef, love the menu, we tried the fig salad, miso glazed cod, wagyu burger, all were delish! They have live jazz on Thursday night. Love the jazz songs they play as soft background on other days. You should check this place out!

Great French chef , the fish was cooked to perfection, best meal I had in years anywhere . And I was a chef ...Congratulations gti the new owner !! I will be back
