Waffle House - Millbrook

Food was great only because of the cook name Justin cooked was our waiter our waitress ucala hated her job needs a new one. She was rude, unhelpful didn't care if we got any of our food or drinks. There was 2 adults and 2 kids in which both of my girls being 12 years old wanted to sit by themselves so we let them set in a boot next to us while me and my wife sit at the bar and our waitress kept trying to get us to sit in the boot with our girls which we did not want to do and told her that now that being said I know as one family we are taking up two sections for tips which to me is no problem I get good service you get good tip I tip enough for me and my wife and my two girls so the waitress or waiter is not messing out on no tip. My 12-year-old girls even caught her rolling her eyes at me when we had to send the hash browns back because they was overcooked when we told her light and she failed to tell the cook. My hats off to the Cook he did an excellent A+ job at cooking and handling the situation and on top of that serving us for which I did tip him well and to me for service like that demand deserves a raise the waitress deserves a pink slip if you don't like your job or don't want to do your job then find one you do want to do instead of making a company look bad.

Worst experience at a waffle house. Makalay on 3rd shift was so rude. -She had a awful heavy smell of marijuana. She acted as if she didn't want to get our drinks to start with. When we got our drinks 15 minutes later) the cups were dirty, the coffee was cold, and on top of everything; she started taking peoples orders that were standing in line well after we sat down. When I told her we was ready to order she says I KNOW). Coming from a line of waffle house this had ruined me for this store. Very poor choice of words and lack of character.

Went with a Party of 4. When we first got their everyone dipped out the back door to get high, with one server in the building. Then the rest came in high, laughing, goofing off, standing around. Half didn't wanna wash their hands. Burnt the first waffle, 2nd waffle was still doughy. Patty Melt was still pink on the inside! Making excuses that your tired and its at the end of the shift. Understanding cause we've all worked fast food, but don't serve undercooked food and don't make excuses!

The food and service were impeccable. This was my first time at a Waffle House and I was not disappointed. I had an omelet and hash browns. Yummmy!! Our server was very thoughtful and had a great sense of humor.

Fast service with friendly wait staff. Food arrived hot within 10 minutes and was good. Parking was not bad and it is so close to several mini shopping centers
