Sakura - Millburn

I recently celebrated my anniversary at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Our server, Grace, checked in on us just the right amount, ensuring we were enjoying our evening. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-organized, with a lovely atmosphere. I look forward to returning and trying more dishes from the menu; you really can’t go wrong with any of them!

The quality here is inconsistent; sometimes the food is good, but other times even the miso soup is inedible. It really varies from day to day. Additionally, I always have trouble asking for extra soy sauce. They provide only a tiny amount with each dish, and it’s frustratingly watery.

The selection and quality of sushi here are outstanding. Takeout and delivery are great, but dining in is even better! I highly recommend this place, even if you're not a sushi fan, as there are other options available too.

We went for lunch at Sakura restaurant. We are local and going to this place for many years. Usually the food and service is good. This time our waitress was Sally. She was not in a good mood. She didn't greet us. She was not polite. She removed oursharing plates without even asking. When we asked to return our plates she did not listen. All her body language was notinviting. It was shocking to see such service in Sakura. We decided to leave because we came to Sakura not only for the food,but for relaxing time too. The manager was not available.

This has to be the best sushi I've had in a long time. I ordered the Seaweed Salad, Sakura ChaHan, and MillBurn Sunrise, and I also brought my own sake, Yukikage. The service reminded me of a traditional Japanese lunch bar. I'm so glad I happened to walk by during restaurant week and discovered my new sushi spot! Woohoo!
