One of my favorite places, definitely recommend! The staff is always nice. And Coral was very personable and swag! Almost starved to death, then she handed me that Piggy bop????

My husband and I love Cupbop, but the service at this location was really disappointing. The teenagers at the counter were more focused on chatting with their friends than attending to customers. One employee even went so far as to badmouth the food, saying they hated it. When it came to our order, they barely filled our cups, just scraping the bottom for a small portion instead of having food prepared or offering alternatives. The only employee who paid us any attention was quite slow and clearly still in training, while the other two were too busy talking loudly with their friends. We'll be heading to the location in the mall from now on.

The food was enjoyable, unless you're not a fan of Korean cuisine. I would rate the service and overall handling as 3 stars. It took quite a while for the food to arrive, and while clearing away the empty bowls, I noticed water dripping onto the food bowls, which is concerning. I would appreciate a better variety of options as well.

I stopped by tonight for a quick and easy dinner, and the food was incredibly hot and delicious! I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10!
