Old Clinton -b-que - Milledgeville

I stop by this restaurant every time I'm in the city for work. The staff is friendly, the barbecue is excellent, and the acai salad is easily the best I've ever had.

The BBQ here is fantastic! Highly recommended. They offer a delicious vinegar-based sauce that's full of flavor. However, don’t be mistaken—the pork is excellent even without the sauce. I got a pound to take back to Atlanta and enjoyed it with some sides without any sauce.

Large BBQ sandwiches and quick, friendly service make this my favorite restaurant in Milledgeville. While they don’t serve beer here, it’s permitted to bring your own. One thing to note is that the cup is 40 oz, which might make the sandwiches look smaller than they actually are.
