Taco Bell - Milledgeville

I wouldn’t even rate this place as one star. I actually would give it a -3. Tb in milledgeville will make your orders before you’re even before you complete placing your own order at the drive-through. They get mad at you for wanting to customize your order and will not make the order you want. Not only that, but the Cashier at the drive-through will nodded on you. If you go in to correct your order… they will still get it wrong… ridiculous..

Waiting for food that shouldn’t take 10 minutes while they supposedly have multiple door dash orders to make. About 4 or 5 people back there and only 2 making food. Standing around talking instead of making food. Way more focused on their conversations than getting food out. Very unorganized and

I believe if you take the time to leave a bad one, you should take the time to leave a good one. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a VERY long time with Patrice at the Milledgeville GA drive through tonight. This person went above and beyond to quickly and completely resolve my issue without any rudeness or passing it off to the next. This employee needs a promotion and a raise. Reward the good employees. Make the feel appreciated!

Terrible service and food…. Spent almost $30 for pretty much tortillas thrown in a toaster it was disgusting. Drive through lady’s were also really sketchy. Cinnabons were good tho, can’t really mess those up.

My favorite place to get take out. I'm addicted to the 5 dollar boxes meals with a strawberry lemonade.
