Playa Bowls - Miller Place

I love this place and am so happy they opened this location 5 minutes from me! I get a bowl here almost every week and am never disappointed. Best açaí bowls and you get so much for your money!!! To the lady who wrote about the ?canola oil soaked granola.? It?s almost as if oils are in most foods you eat and they aren?t the enemy!! people have been falsely informed to believe they are. Anyways. The blueberry flax granola is delicious and goes perfect with any bowl. I recommend getting the Nutella açaí bowl with half coconut base! My absolute favorite??

Very slow service. Expect 15-20min to get an açaí bowl. Also more expensive than competitors in the area. Otherwise food is good, store is clean.

I opted for takeout, and my order was ready even before the scheduled pickup time. The bowl was filled generously, and everything tasted fresh. They have a wide variety of acai options, more than any other place around.

The management here is lacking and the attitudes are poor. John Collins' review echoes the concerns I've heard from a friend whose daughter worked here; she left because she felt very uncomfortable. While the employees are generally friendly, I cannot in good conscience continue to support a business that operates in this manner and refuses to take responsibility.

Lisa: The interior is beautiful, and they've decorated it wonderfully. The service is quick and friendly. They're new to Miller Place, so be sure to check them out. The products look fantastic—I have to get something!
