Wayback Burgers - Millersville

. Multiple times past few weeks they claim over the phone to close earlier than they have their hours online. 1 hr earlier per day. Then they have an open sign on when their doors are locked.

Waited 40 mins to be told that they never made the food, then didn't even offer to make it after I asked about it!! I wasn't the only customer that was unhappy with the experience at this facility.

I love this place and the employees. They are so polite and friendly : the food is amazing. I do recommend if you’re really hungry to do a double and not a single but that might also just be personal preference! 10/10 recommend.

Honesty what a let down!! Was expecting a burger joint that would be on par with five guys or shake shack and was unfortunately left disappointed. The atmosphere isn’t really welcoming nor does it make it feel like a burger joint. The wait for our food was about 35 minutes from time of order. The food was hot which I’ll give them that and the prices are better than five guys or shake shack but the quality/taste of it is subpar compared to the two. Their slogan is “good things are worth the wait” but unfortunately this isn’t that good in my opinion nor is it worth the wait. The fries leave a lot to be desired and that says a lot as shake shack has crinkle cut fries and I usually hate crinkle cut but they were even better than the sad excuse for a fry this place has. Honestly spend your money elsewhere. The tots were pretty good but that’s because they were loaded with chili and cheese. The patties on the burgers are bland and not seasoned at all. What a shame. My wife and I made a 35 min drive to try it for the first time and unfortunately will never come back.
