Contribuisci feedbackMy baby had a fever at 4:00 AM on Monday, and 7-Eleven was the only place open. I called to see if they had any infant Tylenol, and the staff member checked for me. He found one bottle left and set it aside for me until I could come by and pick it up. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!
Most of the time employees are disrespect a lady watched us giving nasty looks while we grabbed a slurpee and yelled at us the next time we come to leave our backpacks up front. If it's that serious they need a sign because employees don't usually bother me about that
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is completely lacking, especially when cashiers make assumptions. I was on my phone, not speaking to the cashier at all, yet she decided that she couldn't sell to me after overhearing a part of my conversation about a nicotine product. I had the empty package for one flavor with me and was simply asking about other flavors that I might like. I understand her concerns, but it was frustrating that she wouldn't even let me speak before making her decision. After that, another employee started laughing at me as they walked by. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It feels like they might be prejudiced against people with disabilities, or they’re just plain ignorant.
I'm stuck at home with covid, so I found ordering online pretty helpful during my situation. Thank you Active Menus
It's real tiring waiting on incompetent staff every morning a broken computer every morning no hot food every morning cold coffee every morning
