It was the best peanut butter ice cream I ever hadThey also have a country store feel to them with pickled eggs okra jams and jellies at reasonable prices.
Got a peach milkshake there the other day ordered a small and lady gave me a large for the price of a small. Really good milkshake and homemade goodies there also.
Great service. Town house pies yea. Some old varieties vintage candy. Homemade fudge. Pickles. Chow chow. Milk that is great. Now for ones saying milk and ice cream blah BARE in mind this is not processed like milk from grocery stores. If you grew up on a farm you realize it.Only complaint I have is they need to sale ice cream in pints quarts etc. Owner of this place needs to realize you are missing out on that part of market. Try it you might see it.
For an awesome ice cream treat between Brevard and Asheville, North Carolina, this is the place. They have a decent variety of flavors to choose from also a variety of different cones, including some dipped in chocolate. I went for the waffle cone, which was perfect for my choice of cookie dough ice cream. The young gal behind the counter made some recommendations, and offered some samples, the ice cream is home made and it was delicious. They also offer a very small scoop, for those of travelers with a family dog in the car, our pooch loved her serving of a small dish of peanut butter ice cream with a dog biscuit.Stop here, you won't be disappointed.
