They usually get the order wrong when ordering ahead . That's my luck and my Co-workers luck anyway. Today i had the pleasure of dealing with a brat that had a bug up her ass. Gave me my order with items missing at the window. Closes the window before i finished checking the order . I need to get her back told her what's missing out of my order . With that busted ass puss on her face she goes over and throws my doughnuts in a bag and goes here ya happy ! You kidding ? U got my order wrong and i still have to hear your whining mouth . POS is lucky i didn't strangle her . I pay your hourly wage A$$hole ! Not only that but coffee was wrong and my hot items were literally cold . Get the order Fking right..!!! . I pay for items a certain way .. that's the way i want it . Easy fking job. They want more money 20.00 an hour for this ??? Fking gotta be kidding me ..! HORRIBLE !!

Love this location but don’t do a mobile order, you’ll end up waiting longer compared to the people ordering inside or drive thru
