Most dishes aren't bad and heavy in taste so remember to order enough rice to go with it. No wait and the place is only half full when I went on a Friday night.
Good experience overall and will be here more often. Food to our taste was very good. Party of five we got 10% off but they added the 15% gratuity on our bill. Not a big since we were very satisfied. We recommend it highly. environment is not so nice but good enough for me. The pic should say cold spicy chicken appetizer not fish.
They made quite standard Chinese food. Nothing really super as some other reviews mentioned, but overall it’s a good place, beyond the average.
Great authentic Sichuan style food. Good service and price. Highly recommended.
Love this place! Very authentic, delicious food. Prices seem high, but the quality makes everything worthwhile. Very attentive service from a Shanghaiese waitress. One of very best Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area! Be prepared for some heat in most dishes, as this place specializes in Chongqing cuisine. Updated review: I just finished dinner at Yu Palace. Again, a phenomenal meal. Every dish was special. Recommended dishes to try: Yi Bin Noodles, chilled beef tripe (appetizer), chicken with basil+bell peppers+chili, lamb hotpot, and deep-fried pumpkin dessert. The chef can adjust the level of heat according to your tolerance. This place deserves a Michelin Star!
