Unfortunately, the mocha cake I received was dry, causing the cake to separate from the filling. The quality of the cake has definitely changed, as it no longer has the spongy texture I remembered. I used to purchase ensaymada and mamon from Goldilocks, but it seems they have prioritized quantity over quality. While the food is still good, I will not be purchasing baked goods from here in the future.
The service could be improved as it was slow, but the staff was friendly. However, the food and desserts are delicious!
The restaurant has gone too far in their efforts to avoid wasting food. On multiple occasions, the food I received was not fresh and had an old taste. Despite giving them another chance, I don't plan on returning after learning that a relative witnessed a staff member dropping food on the floor and putting it back on display for sale. This is unacceptable.
I always drop by this place to order Filipino cooked foods. You could order thru Door Dash or dine in too but Door Dash is a little pricey. If I’ve spent around $87.00, I already have 7 diff type of meals and bread or pastries too. Food is good and it’ll last me for awhile without cooking which saves me time and money. Highly recommended.
I ordered $120 worth for a pickup order for a birthday. They said they didn't have one of the items available and that they would refund the $15 for it. We called and drove there again and someone said it was being processed. It's been six weeks so no one actually did anything. Check your receipts and make sure you get one. Also, the mocha cake was terrible. Unfortunately, no one ate it and we threw it away $45). Do not trust the employee's word, get a receipt.
