Honey Thai - Milpitas

Decent place, the place is clean, employees polite, and food choices abundant. I ordered the house fried rice with chicken and Thai iced tea. The quantity was great, I couldn't finish my meal. The food tastes alright, and well priced.

I was not too happy with the food. We ordered veggie pad kee Mao and veggie pineapple fried rice. Both the dishes had little extra soy sauce which made the food bitter. It was still edible but we had high hopes for this restaurant. I am giving 4 stars since I didn't try other Curry dishes which I plan to try soon. Also service was quick and ambience was good.

I was here yesterday and while the roti panang and brown rice were delicious, my mango curry was just ok. Unexpectedly went back today with others, and everyone's fund was great. The wait staff was very nice and friendly, food was quick. In a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Took away a star because I think the food is slightly overpriced.

Ordered house fries rice with chicken. It was bland and not tasty. I would not recommend it and the food is expensive as well. Thai Ice Tea was really good though.

Worst service at a Thai restaurant in a long time, if not ever. Came in for a quick lunch, everybody else was there was already seated in already had their food and was enjoying it. I ordered the lunch special, red curry with bell pepper over rice with chicken. Told the server that I was stepping out to make a phone call, as I was on a lunch from work. This was after he had brought me my water and the waitress at taking my order. Came back in 10 minutes later, I waited another 528 minutes when I start to notice that my server is peeking out of the kitchen door window at me. Turns out she never put my order in, or the cook never made the order. At this point I had to take the order to go, which they put together about another 10 minutes later after it was done being made. As I 'm waiting to pay, which took a while as well, I noticed on the wall behind the register is a little cartoon picture that says God knows when you don 't tip . Talk about uncomfortable Does God also know when you forget to input my order? I left, Unfortunately they did not get a tip for me because the service was so poor. But I shouldn 't be mentioning that, since God already knows. Worst part about it all, when I finally got back to work and started eating some of the food, the curry was flavorless. It basically tasted like half and half and unseasoned chicken. There was absolutely nothing to it, now mind you I got the mild version but I 've gotten mild versions of Curry 's at several different restaurants before and it 's never been flavorless.
