Little Caesar's Pizza - Milpitas

Received cheese stuffed crazy bread and not the regular crazy bread

So...My door dash driver messaged me that my order hadnt even been started when he arrived. I watched the order tracker and confirmed that he was in fact at the restaurant. At least 20 minutes after the initial message, he finally got my order and delivered it promptly (again, I watched the tracker). 2 of the pizzas were warm, the other was verging on room temperature. Not hot as I expected after having the driver wait that long. Now, the Pretzel Crust Bundle was what we were excited for. Unfortunately it looked and tasted like a regular crust, but with cheddar cheese sauce and pretzel salt sprinkled over it. It wasnt the rich golden color (as pictured) nor the soft chewy texture youd expect from a pretzel, so we were definitely disappointed. The ExtraMostBestest Cheese was probably the warmest of the 3 pizzas we ordered and was good according to the kids and the ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni was the coldest, but my kids would never complain about pepperoni pizza. The bread sticks that came with the Pretzel Crust Bundle were also cold- maybe room temperature... they obviously had been sitting for a while. Overall I expected better- especially after a much longer wait than promised.

I ordered 2 pretzel crust pizzas and they were made with regular dough.. sprinkled with salt. Very strange

This Little Ceasars is having issues. They can be extremely fast in making your pizza or extremely slow. Be prepared to wait for awhile for your order.

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. The staff is extremely rude expecially pink hair braided girl. They make you wait 20 mins more than anticipated time. Staff are slow slothes
