Mcdonald's - Milpitas

I went there for lunch again and they screwed up my order for the second time in a row. The sanwiches were made incorrectly and the drinks were diet coke not dr. pepper. Thanks for ruining my lunch a second time! There will NOT be a third time. Waste oftime and money.

Oh I hope that there is a joint lawsuit one day towards McDonald?s for always having busted ice cream machines. To be a multi billion dollar plus company and constantly have broken ice cream machines makes zero sense smfh

Today I had a surprising experience at the restaurant. I ordered a hamburger, but when I took a bite, I realized that there was only two-thirds of the patty in it. It seemed as though someone had taken a bite out of it before serving it to me. I was really disappointed and felt quite bad about the whole situation.

The drive-thru was busy, so I decided to go inside, which was a nice change. I always use the app to personalize my order and take advantage of the great deals. The service was friendly and helpful.

I have visited this McDonald's several times while in town. The restaurant is quite dark, and I'm not sure why the outside lights are not on. On one occasion, there was a homeless person sleeping in the drive-thru. The fries are consistently cold or warm, rather than hot. However, the staff inside are friendly and provide good service. Despite the drawbacks, I keep returning to this location.
