They left me a little note about separating the cookies and included the samples I requested. It's such a lovely place!

The cookies weren't made correctly. Just from their appearance, taste, and texture, it was clear that the dough hadn't rested long enough or had been left out too long before baking. They definitely didn't taste "fresh." I won't be buying them again!

I ordered a 5-inch cookie cake but received a regular cookie instead. They didn’t even reach out to me, thinking that sending something worth a quarter of the price would be acceptable.

Brownies were frozen like hard as bricks.

Overly sweet.
