At first when a group of 5 came to the table that they assigned, we felt really cramped. Ask them to move you because it's definitely worth moving if you're not comfortable. Some parts of the ground was a little sticky and for some reason it took a while to get a waiter. Other than that, I figured I would take a picture of their dessert and some decorations that were at the place. Food was great but they just need to be a little more clean and smart about where they put people to sit.
This Red Robin has slow service... Our server was rude . I think she wanted to go home. We waited at least 45 mins to get our plates. My croissant was staled and had to be return it twice... The waitress gave us a warmed croissant on a side plate... I didn't go there to make my own plate. The manager was speechless as to why the bread was not fresh. Another person in our party ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and it was cut in half... One half had chicken and the other half didn't , so it was made over. After all this, we were finally given better plates about an hour and a half later and they were ok, but we were just too tired to eat. It took more than 2 and a half hours for them to get it right. Needless to say, we will not return.
I arrived at 9pm. The restaurant was nearly empty, and half of the dozen in the bar area appeared to be employees just off shift. The bartender was morosely laconic and paid more attention to his cohorts and cleaning his station than to the customers. My burger and pathetically small fry order which took 20 minutes to arrive were cold but the plate was hot, clearly victims of a heat lamp. Red Robin proudly proclaims as a virtue unlimited fries and I'll typically knock down a refill or two before starting on the burger, taking half home. Here, I felt that if I'd ordered more fries, I'd have seen daylight before they arrived, so I didn't bother. The only reason this location rates even two stars is that Red Robin's burgers are great even when cold, and the price is acceptable even with only one tiny order of cold fries. Last hit: I enjoy their small tablet style ordering system that also allows me to enter my Red Robin Rewards information, but despite a unit sitting two feet away, Big Grouchy didn't offer it and the other two customers near me who finished while I was still waiting for my food didn't get one either, so I didn't even ask. Perhaps I've been pampered by the Des Moines, WA location that rates seven stars by comparison. I won't be back.
The burgers are delicious with their unlimited fries offer. The food is worth. But the wait time is ugh. It was a nightmare. They had only 2 servers for the entire restaurant it was horrific the wait time but food was delicious!
