So it will not exactly like pictures. I will recommend them to remove the pic if they don't serve the same. It will confuse customers. Service I did not like. Atmosphere was good.
Love their Bobas. The ambiance is also nice. The staff are courteous.
The strawberry cow drink is amazing! The matcha taste was pretty good and the strawberry foam on top wasn't too overpowering. I got 50% sweetness and it was still very sweet. The interior is decorated well and there's lots of seating. The workers were nice and quick to make the drinks. You can tell they care about customer service even if you order through the kiosk. I'll be returning here for the strawberry cow :
Located in a busy area right on the front facing path of the Seafood City plaza in Milpitas, TeaZenTea. There is also another boba place inside the plaza itself once you head into the Seafood City area, but that one is more the Filipino style, while this one is more of the Chinese style between the two, so just in case you wanted one style over the other. One thing that TeaZenTea has going for it is its ambiance. It 's quite nice inside, from the sitting areas, to the overall aesthetics of the place. Very clean, and just has a chill and laid back atmosphere. The menu here is not large, but does have most of the basics that you would want out of a boba place. You would just order from the kiosk directly and they will make your drink afterwards.Pricing wise, it is a bit pricey, especially when you consider the other boba place inside is considerably cheaper, though, they 're not really a boba place necessarily and more of a drinks place, so that does make a difference. Even for boba though, it 's kind of expensive here comparatively. However, the biggest downside here is that the drinks are just not good, at least not what I got today. Usually the main thing to try is their signature drink, and I tried it out with their TeaZen specialty milk tea. The only thing that was special about it was the pre-madeness of the drink, and how the drink came out in an instant, which I already knew was a bad sign when it comes to milk tea, but hey, I still had my hopes that it wouldn 't be bad.But TeaZenTea did not disappoint, and it was as watered down, not flavored as one could have imagined. I asked for the lowest level of ice, and it was still so much ice it was ridiculous, though it may have been a benefit to me that I got to drink less of it in the end.Without adding boba, this was already well over $6 for the drink, so adding it all together would have been even more for just a standard sized cup.Maybe I 'll try them out again next time, but this experience this time around was just...not up to expectations, or good at all. And for the price, even more disappointed.
The inside of the store was pretty nice. The furniture is pretty cute as well as the decoration. The drinks itself was meh. I had gotten the avocado smoothie with lychee jelly. Didn't take taste anything like avocado but was sweet and tasted more like the lychee jelly than anything. Not a lot of places use actual avocado. This place def had an artificial taste with artificial coloring. My son wasn't a fan of his drink. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember the name of the drink. Might be the Black Milk Tea. We may give this place another shot, but most likely not.
