The Vegan Lasagna Garden Cloud Kitchen

Had the mexican and the spinach/tomato lasagne. both were good! beautiful, as many vegan lasagne options have.

It admittedly took me a little bit of wandering around the building to figure out where the pickup was (it was dark out), but otherwise, it seems to be a good pickup location as there's a reasonable amount of parking. Pickup is inside the Britain Tadka restaurant. I got the Truffle Mushroom Lasagna, and my omnivorous husband ordered the All Green Lasagna. I absolutely loved my lasagna--very mushroomy and so creamy! It does seem to be a premade and reheated lasagna rather than a made-to-order lasagna, but it is really good. My omnivorous husband, however, seemed unhappy with the cheese (and to be fair, he has something of a vendetta against vegan cheeses in that he'd prefer no cheese of any kind on vegan items to plant-based cheese), but said the rest of it was okay, so your mileage may vary in a mixed diet crowd. I did steal a bite of his lasagna, and much preferred my Truffle Mushroom one, so he might like a different lasagna better if I can convince him to try another one. It's also nice that it's available to order late in the evening, as there's not a lot of vegan food open/available later in the evening (it's like they assume we're all super healthy morning people by default, LOL).

I couldn't eat the Mac and cheese, and I had to throw the lasagna away. Also this is not a pure vegan cuisine if this is important for you. They cook ind food with meat and milk there. That was really good.

I can't expect to come back to Cali to order from here again!!
