It really makes the experience. Plus, the food always comes out uber fast and everything is HOT! The menu is pretty extensive, but the Korean entrees stand out to me since I do not know of anywhere else in Milton serving Korean dishes or Korean BBQ. I have tried the sushi and almost all of the appetizers and have not been disappointed. The Japchae is a must-try and the calamari is also a crowd-pleaser, the tempura here is always so light and crispy! Go here if you're over the obvious Milton spots, or are just craving something different.
This place never disappoints. The service and food are consistent: exceptional. The owner is attentive and remembers us and our orders. The tempura is never soggy or super oily and they have a variety of vegetables I like that they have broccoli included. My favorite rolls: Spicy salmon; Spicy green dragon roll (spicy salmon topped with avocado); Energy roll (spicy crab topped with mango) and Spider roll. Their hot plates are also delicious. We've ordered their Jap Chae, which is big enough to be a meal itself despite being in the appetizer section. The hubby's go to is the Dol Shot Bi Bim Bap with beef and he never gets tired of it. Both lunch and dinner, this is a great place.
It is located in the downtown area of Milton, which is a huge plus for me because it is such a cute little strip. The interior was very cosy and larger than it seems from the outside. You could probably go in here with a large group or was a small one. The good. The menu was a decent size with plenty of rolls, appetizers and rice/noodle dishes to Choose from. The service was amazing and the servers were extremely attentive. The price was pretty average for a Japanese/sushi restaurant. I had ordered two rolls-spicy salmon and salmon tempura roll, Edamame and miso soup. It was also pretty average, nothing too special and didn't blow my mind. The bad? Nothing really. Overall, an average sushi restaurant and I wouldn't mind going back.
This is a nice small family owned restauarnt with Japanese and korean food options. They offer sushi, rice dishes (don) and noodle dishes (udon). They also have a popular lunch special menu as well. I've tried their udon before and the broth is very unique and different from any place I've ever tried. It's probably one of the best. Try their seafood Udon or their Nabe Udon you won't be disappointed and the prices are quite reasonable. Their sushi is very fresh and the presentation is really pretty. Staff are very kind and welcoming and able to provide suggestions when needed. I love this place for the hospitality and the food. This is a nice change compared to the western food you always see in the area. Definitely check it out.
Cozy restaurant with both sushi and Korean staples. Service was super friendly and attentive. We had chirashi, salmon teriyaki dinner combo and a bibimbap. All were pretty good. Sashimi was fresh/ cut well and portions were pretty generous. Sure, nothing was mind blowing but its definitely worth a visit if you're around here.
