I ordered two steak burritos and was disappointed to find that the meat was more like stew meat than actual beef steak. The avocado guacamole paste that was spread on the tortilla tasted stale and seemed to have been sitting out for too long. This affected the overall taste of the burrito, making it almost inedible. It's clear they are not putting much care into their food. I am not trying to sabotage their business, but I was hoping for a better burrito experience.
This was my second visit to this restaurant and I am extremely disappointed with what happened. During my first visit late last year with my daughter, I watched as a young lady made our sandwiches while chatting with a coworker, paying no attention to sanitation. Despite my reservations, I decided to give it another try last evening around 6:10 when I was feeling very hungry and needed a quick meal. I ordered a vegetarian burrito to go. The vegetables and salad tasted good, but when I bit into the quinoa and beans, I had to immediately spit it out as it was sour and spoiled. It made me feel sick to my stomach. I will be returning today to request a refund.
I've eaten at this location a couple of times, while visiting the Milton area. I was impressed with what I ordered both times. I ordered the regular carne asada (steak) burrito with a side of tortilla chips and a drink. It was quite tasty. Having a place like Mucho Burrito around is handy when you want a change from the usual fast food burger.
Very fast service. Great food. Had burritos and salad bowls with the family. Everyone pleased. Nice selection of hot sauces also.
The burritos are fantastic!! I always get a beef burrito on whole wheat, I find the white tortilla can get a bit gummy. The guacamole is a dollar extra but worth it. All ingredients taste fresh and they advertise that they are free of preservatives. The ghost pepper burrito is by far my favourite, unfortunately they only offer them from October to February. They aren't for people that don't like to feel the burn. But if you like really hot food they are awesome. Staff is good and efficient. I usually choose to eat here over other fast food places as it seems healthier and is just as fast without leaving you with that nasty feeling after you eat fast food .
