Osmow's Grill - Milton

The quality of Osmows has noticeably declined in recent years. I have been dining at this restaurant since they only had one location. In the past, we never had to request extra sauce because there was always enough. However, now the food is lackluster, with dry pitas and bland chicken. This particular location has also seen a decline in quality. Even when you pay for extra sauce, they are not generous with it. Takeout orders are even worse, as you discover these flaws only after reaching home.

I remember this was pretty average in high school. Quality has completely fallen off a cliff now. Chicken reminiscent of sewage meat, watery sauce, and rude staff makes for a mess hall akin to being in prison. The health department needs to investigate this location on the basis of just how bad the half-and-half chicken has gotten. Do better.

Outstanding service from Jemit. The food was extremely delicious ?. This just became my favourite shawarma place. Can’t wait for them to open the new store beside the metro.

When I visited the restaurant, they initially called me Chris even though I had told them my name was Jack. My order ended up sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before they realized their mistake.

Not the same! I came back for the first time in years and the shawarma is terrible. The sauce is no longer the delicious garlic, but an out of the bottle Caesar dressing that is disgusting. The chicken is dry and tastes like its days old. Awful, I’ll never go back.
