Contribuisci feedbackThis afternoon at around 3pm, I stopped by to grab an XL triple triple made with milk. Unfortunately, the bottom of my coffee was filled with coffee grounds. When I went to take the last few sips of my coffee, I was unpleasantly surprised by a large amount of coffee grounds in my mouth. I had to immediately spit it back into my cup. While I can tolerate a few grounds in my cup, this was unacceptable. In the photo, you can see the grounds up the side of the cup and even more at the bottom under the remaining coffee. It was disgusting and ruined the last few sips of my coffee.
We live nearby and every time we've tried to order from this restaurant, they have been out of stock of items. Whether it's no food or no milk, there's always an issue. After being disappointed on five separate occasions, we won't be trying again.
This restaurant is pretty average for the brand. I would recommend it because they don't require you to pay in advance.

I purchased bagel and ices coffees. They put tomatoes without asking and there were lot of grindes in iced
