Dunkin' - Milton

Dunkin? has some great things on their menu. Their hash browns are delicious, some of my go to are the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, flavored Ice Coffees and their Snacking Bacon. I cannot give this location more than two stars though because you could order the same thing twice in a row and it will come out different. They are always out of things, and not specialty items but simple things like plain bagels or donuts, even if you visit early in the day. Same with the cream cheese, sometimes they?ll spread it on your bagel or sometimes they?ll just give you the container. No consistency.

Best Dunkin Doughnuts we?ve ever been to!! Nice tables to dine in, clean, great friendly service, and good food and coffee. We mentioned that the music was too loud and they turned it down.???? This is a refreshing change from the inconsistent food and service from the Panama City stores where we lived previously.????????????

Donuts are good. Staff and customer service are awful. When we walked in, the staff did the ?1-2-3 Not It? right in front of us, as clearly. None of them wanted to serve us. The girl (Ansley was her name) that lost and had to serve us was extremely rude and clearly irritated that we were ordering donuts at 9am on a Sunday. Not only was she irritated, she was extremely impatient and rude to the point that when we finally paid, she slid the donuts across the counter towards us like a bartender sliding a drink down the bar in an old western film. If we didn?t act fast and grab the box of donuts, they would have slid over the counter. Even my 12 year old son said ?well, that was an experience? as we walked out of the store. I would love to hear from the general manager so that we could convey our extreme disappointment.

My family and I come in to this place fairly often and I have to say it is pretty gross. We understand the short staff, trust me. There were three people working today and the tables and the women's restroom were so disgusting we brought antibacterial wipes to wipe off of the table. The bathroom had urine, blood, and a ring around it where you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in days. The sink was atrocious... Hair and dirt everywhere. When telling staff about the conditions, they state they are going to take care of it and they never do. On the other hand, some of the ice cream was melted and still served. The service is also not great considering most of them never smile or even act like they want to serve you. I have seen this establishment run better by one female than the crew I saw this week. This place needs corporate to come in.

Asked for 2 frozen coffees and was helped quickly. The woman at the front was not very happy or friendly, to be honest, but she made the drinks fast and they were amazing.
